By creating an account, you agree that your email address will be added to Taberna's marketing newsletter list. You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any marketing email you receive.
Taberna provides tools that allow users to list, sell, and purchase digital products or services. Taberna operates as a platform provider and is generally not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Taberna may use third-party payment processors (the "Payment Processors") for fiat currency transactions. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. Taberna is not responsible for errors, delays, chargebacks, or other issues caused by Payment Processors.
Taberna also offers an internal payment system that supports cryptocurrency payments ("Crypto Payments"). By choosing to pay or receive payments in cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree that:
Taberna may charge service, platform, or transaction fees, which will be disclosed in your account or at checkout. Any applicable fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where currency conversion (including fiat-crypto or crypto-crypto) occurs, rates may be provided by Payment Processors, liquidity partners, or Taberna's internal systems at the time of the transaction.
To comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") and Know Your Customer ("KYC") laws and regulations, Taberna may require identity verification from users, particularly those using Crypto Payments or engaging in higher-risk or higher-value activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Taberna and any Crypto Payments complies with tax, reporting, and other legal obligations in your jurisdiction.
Cryptocurrencies and digital assets involve significant risks that may not be suitable for all users. By using Crypto Payments on Taberna, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Taberna may suspend or terminate accounts and take other actions it deems appropriate in response to suspected violations.
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Taberna or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service except as permitted by these Terms or with written permission.
You retain ownership of content and products you upload or sell through Taberna, but you grant Taberna a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use such content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
Taberna may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, AML/KYC concerns, or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
Termination does not affect completed blockchain transactions, which generally cannot be reversed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Taberna does not warrant that the Service, Payment Processors, or blockchain networks will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Taberna and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or Crypto Payments. In no event will Taberna's total aggregate liability for all claims exceed the amount you paid directly to Taberna in fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Taberna may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
